CUSTOMER HIGHLIGHT / WEST VIRGINIA STATE POLICE
Not all heroes wear capes.
Some have Super “Powers.”
“I feel like I found a diamond in the rough.”
Meet Korri Powers, the Quality Manager who drove WVSP’s move to Qlutch.
From an October introduction to a January go-live, Korri helped turn a software decision into a working quality system. Alongside her was Meredith Chambers, Assistant Lab Director.
WVSP led its own implementation, completing the document migration, creating more than 25 FormFlows, and going live with 58 end users on January 1, 2026. The team contacted Qlutch Support occasionally for assistance.
