Purchasing Licenses in Qlutch

How to subscribe to and manage your App licenses.

Step 1: Go to App Manager

  • From BaseCamp, navigate to Admin
  • Select the App Manager tab
  • Locate the Subscription Details section

Step 2: View Tiered Pricing

  • Hover over the subscription type (Monthly, Annual, 2-Year, or 3-Year) to view pricing based on the number of users.

Step 3: Choose a Subscription

  • Click the button for the subscription term you want.

Click on Subscription Plan

Step 4: Enter Number of Licenses

  • A window will prompt you to enter the number of licenses you want.
    • Total cost will update automatically.

Step 5: Input Payment Info and Click Submit

Step 6: Activate and Confirm

  • Your licenses will be activated, and you'll be redirected to License Details, where your updated license count will appear.
