Document Details

The Document Details section offers a deeper view into a Document's revision history, related Documents, and workflow activity. Use the tools below to manage revisions, explore relationships, and navigate between detailed views with ease.

1. Viewer/Details Toggle: 
  • Users with permission to Edit, Review, or Approve the Document will have access to the Details Toggle. Clicking this toggle switches the view from the Document Viewer to the Document Details interface.

2. Doc Revisions:
  • Here, you can see a list of all past versions of this Document.

  • Doc Revision Instance: Each revision instance displays high-level details about that specific revision. Click on an instance to view more in-depth information and track workflow progress.

  • Create a New Revision: Clicking this button opens the New Revision menu, allowing you to begin a new revision of the Document.

3. Doc Relationships:
  • This section shows all Documents that have been marked as related to this one.

4. Doc Acknowledgements:
  • This section displays a matrix listing all Users assigned as required Acknowledgers for the Document, along with their completion status and the date each Acknowledgement was submitted.
