Document Revisions
The Document Revisions section guides you through tracking a Document’s full lifecycle—from draft creation and acknowledgements to revision IDs and check-out activity. It also covers how to initiate reviews and approvals, helping ensure your Documents move seamlessly through each controlled step.
1. To access a Document's list of revision instances, locate the Revisions section of the Document Details interface.
2. Each Revision instance provides a summary of key details for that Revision. Click on an instance to access more in-depth information and track its workflow progress.
Revision Change Summary:
- Highlights differences between the current and previous document versions to improve visibility and support compliance.
