Document Reviews
The Review stage in Qlutch allows editors to initiate formal Review sessions, prompting assigned Reviewers to evaluate Drafts and submit feedback. This process ensures each Document is thoroughly examined and refined before advancing to approval and becoming part of your controlled system.
1. Select the Draft you want to Review:
- To ensure that you are using the latest version ready for Review, verify the Draft contains a recent Checked In date and current Revision ID.
- The Revision ID extends from the main Document ID and updates with each new Draft. Each Revision reflects the most current Draft version. When a new Draft is created, it replaces the previous Draft under that Revision, making the older version obsolete.

- Click on the Draft from the Drafts section that you wish to review.

2. Start the Review Process:
- Click the Start Review button located in Document Information Revision section (next to Check Out and Start Approval).
- This action launches a Review session, assigning Review actions to all Users designated as Reviewers for this Document.

3. Wait for Reviewers to Complete Their Actions:
- Reviewers will receive notifications to complete their assigned Reviews.
- Action items such as this, will populate in the User's BaseCamp module.

- The Document remains in the Review stage until all reviewers have submitted their feedback.
4. Review Session Completes and Returns to Draft:
- Once all Reviewers have completed their actions, the Document will automatically transition back to Draft status.
- This allows Editors to assess the Review feedback, make any necessary changes, and prepare for the next stage.

- The Document is not ready for the next step in your workflow (such as Approval).
